Champion of Spain (SICAB), International Grand Prix Horse
Campeón de España (SICAB), Caballo de gran premio internacional
PRE Andalusian Grand Prix horse Atiza II is a purebred Spanish stallion from the Solera Bravo stud farm in Southern Spain. His temperament is sweet and noble, and the movements are spectacular.
As it turned out, Atiza II had much talent for dressage. This led to him and his rider Eva Navarro competing in international Grand Prix on the Spanish National Dressage Team under Jean Bemelmans.
Apart from being a talented dressage horse, he also became Champion of Spain at the breed championships at SICAB in 1999.
Atiza II is the father of Guardadamas, a qualified ("calificado") dressage Champion of Spain. Together with José Antonio Mena, Guardadamas was on the Olympic team for London 2012.
At 25 years of age, Atiza II lives together with his flock of mares on open fields in Southern Spain where he was born. He is the father of Fantastico Real (Atiza II x Hiedra VG) born in the spring of 2019.
